After a long and successful career in the NHS, I now work independently, providing health and care organisations with strategic and operational support. I offer flexible senior-level support, helping teams turn priorities into practical outcomes with minimal onboarding.

With 27 years experience in the NHS, I have developed extensive experience across strategic commissioning, clinical effectiveness, service improvement and procurement, often working in complex and fast-moving environments.

I bring a systems-level understanding of how health and care services are designed, funded and delivered, alongside practical experience of designing, implementing and improving services. I'm as comfortable working at a strategic level as I am getting into the detail, always with a focus on finding practical solutions that make a real difference.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outdoors. Fresh air and open spaces are where I recharge, clear my head and think things through. It's my favourite place to be, whatever the weather.
