I do not intentionally collect special category (sensitive) personal data. If such information is provided as part of project materials, it will be handled securely and only where necessary to deliver the agreed work.

• Contract – processing is necessary to provide the freelance services you have requested

• Legal obligation – where required to comply with tax, accounting or other legal requirements
   

5. How your information is stored

I take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. Client contact details and administrative documents are stored as password-protected files on secure local hardware. I do not maintain online customer databases or use cloud-based customer management systems to store client records. Where I review confidential documentation as part of freelance work, all information is handled securely and in accordance with any applicable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
 

6. Data sharing

I do not share your personal information with third parties unless:

• It is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation

• It is required for accounting or tax purposes

• You have given your consent
   

7. Data retention

I retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or destroyed.
