"Lucie was instrumental in implementation and commissioning of our primary care liver pathway, playing a key role in successfully linking primary and secondary care services.
Through a shared vision and insight, this work enabled earlier access for patients, allowing timely interventions to be put in place to help prevent disease progression. The pathway supports earlier diagnosis, improves patient outcomes, and reduces demand on secondary care services. In addition, it provides an important safety net for both patients and GPs, ensuring appropriate support and escalation where needed.
